CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

i have already sent 2 emails and a letter to CHC-I informing them that i haven't received any medical examination letter, but they are not replying.

but they replied to one of my old email sent on 16th JAN 2012 saying medical examination letter was sent to you on 1st FEB 2012, i immediately sent them a reply that i haven't received any letter so please send me the letter again Via TCS and email, but they are quite and i don't know what to do

They will dont worry many people have to go from this just give them some time

who knows if it's because of PAK post or CHC-I
my first letter was also lost re-form re-PCC letter, then after many emails they sent me a scanned copy after 2.5 months.
then through caips i got to know the letter was not lost, but these CHC people forgot to post my letter and it was in storage area for that long
(it was written in my CAIPS report).

and my 2nd letter is also misplaced, now i don't know if they have ever mailed me the letter or not
TCS hardly takes 2 days to deliver a letter.
previously i have received AOR and one more letter from CHC-I on time, so i guess no problem of address also.
i don't know what is the exact reason of not getting the letter

are you serious...they need love letters? i have spoke with him and told him everything but still
we dont have any love letter kinda email in fact no email at all and no money transfer receipt because none of us need financial support and yeah no gift receipt from his side
what about insurance papers like if i make him beneficiary and then send them a copy of Designation of Beneficiary form would that work?

i don't have e-mails either...just some from b4 marriage when i was getting to know her...u don't need to show financial support if u stated that your husband works in pak and he has to submit a job letter to prove it...

Insurance coverage for you and your spouse is a wonderful idea...I have recently covered my spouse as a dependent under my flex benefits for Dental, Medical, Out of Country Emergency Medical and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. I have printed out the Summary of Benefits and have it ready till my wife receives request for additional documents.

My friend who got an objection letter in Aug 2011...File Transfer Sept 2010....He did the same thing and submitted Summary of Benefits to CHC-I. He got Re-Med and PPR together in Oct 2011. Visa stamped in Nov 2011.

They want to see Insurance Coverage for the person. This is how CIC works. This is how they think. This is why "SUPER VISA" was invented. We are being led by Harper. Think like Harper. LOL.

MAB, they send the remedical letter by pakistan post not by tcs i think so bcz i recvd by pakistan post . one solid answer which i think is they will call u wen after 30 days or 45 days they will not recv ur medical back.


meanwhile you take print of that mail in which they have mentioned that they have issued u the remedical letter , also with that prepare an application explaining ur query and on that application mention ur file number date of birth and name and send them through tcs , i am hopefull they will respond to ur request ,

Wait.. so u have to have ur spouse in ur insurance n they will get u "super visa"
i am so lost wen i read most of the stuff people write here....

All I have done is wen i send the package of ma case
which included:
- Original Nikah Nama
- A copy of it too lol
- Medical examination
- Copy of Passport
- Tazkra (afghani passport) in english form
- letter from Work place
- Pictures of Engagement
- Wedding
- Henna Night
- Places visit in Karachi
- Relative houses
(any pics takin wit family or jus us on dates)
-Copy of Receipts of gifts send/ received
- Cards send to me for birthday/valentine etx...
Ma package was soo big lol.... wit so much stuff into it.... n

This time wen i went to karachi
- i send over 60 pictures from
- wedding anniversary
-husbands birthday
- eid
- parks
-family gathering
- malls n sooo much other places.....
- copy of passpor
-copy of ticket
-copy of extended visa (to stay longer for second eid)

n much more ....

N im still confused if im doing it right or wrong...
wen i see people sayin thing like insurance.. i gettin even more confused lmao

anyone tell me have i done it right or wrong n wat more can i do???

MAB . Imeant to say k app hard form main unki mail ka print loo aur aik supporting letter embassy ko likho , i think email kabhi wo daikhtay hain kabhi nai daikhtay but hard form main jab tcs unk pass jae ga to definitly wo usay consider karain gay , baqi apki marzi

all others have got through TCS
and it was mention in my CAIPS

AlhamduliLlah I landed in Canada last Friday... Allah sb ka process jald say jald complete kr day.aameen!
