Applied November to mississagua, file transferred to chc-i January 2011. Alhamdulillah

Congrat's sis agree wht u (tht make sense).....as CiC started working on Nov ,Dec N Jan ......Dec havent received it but whithin these days somebody will Inshallaha.

Thanx bro-but i am waiting since 2009.i realy don't know when they will cal him for interview.they are making my life very hard with every passing day.

Its not like they don't touch the files that are in interview, its just that their scheduling system is so screwed up that it can take up to a year just to get the interview scheduled. We know that Huma's husband had one interview that was about 6-7 months after the initial review so don't lose hope, I understand your frustration! Have faith and InshAllah it will be in your favour, may be its just not the right time. Allah knows best! Stay blessed!

My address was also gone on 18th Nov and re-appeared on 20th Nov. But now its still there ... Does anyone know if address goes off only for just 2 days is it a good sign ?

maira aik bar phlay b disappear hua tha last week n thn e cas ma kch change nai hua n na he koi letter aya mjhy bt email ka reply aya k file is in que for review by immigration officer

I guess ..... when address disappears ... then there is a good news that means they pulled up info from ur file .............. but i think what is happening with ur case is ............... he pulls up the file ........ lol .............. and then a guy from dhaba comes with tea and biscuits ............ and immigration session expires .......... then after some days he opens it again and tea comes again ............ so u should see if there is a dhaba near embassy lol to get ur case done faster

What does it say in your recent CAIPS about your marriage? Do they have a comment saying that its bonafide or the relatioship seems genuine or not?

u knw wat my hubby told me , even his frd u applied 6 days before us , got call frm MP dat they hve sent thm some request to refill forms n re pccc, n its on d way ............... BUT NO NEWS FOR US

n my orthodox hubby say : i wont contact mp as he said next contact me after 90 days , its just 60 days as yet ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh

well u know it also depend on how helpfull the mp is. my husbands mp was her self an immigrant so she is very helpful. we hv contacted her every week and she is the only one who would give us usefull in formation in as little as 2 days when we would get it from nowhere else.

Im wondering my file was filled in Mississauaga in december 2010
n file transfered January 2011

Am i one of the 2010 cases or 2011 cases?

coz if im a 2011 case then i should get something soon insha'allah by the grace of Allah
because my file was transfered at the beginning of January (6th)

yes i did get the re-med request 5 days after the Objection letter. But re-med is not a big deal its just part of procedure. My case is screwed because they missed the package i sent with valima , honeymoon photos. etc etc

What's latest on your end ?

Re Medical done in Aug.
Proof of my residency in Canada sent to CHC-I in Nov.
Now waiting for PPR.
