CHC-I asked to fill Schedule A (IMM 5669) and supplementary information forms. I found IMM-5669 but unable to figure out the supplementary information form. Please help...

Divorce name in Islam and in our soceiy have such a bad impact on our lives and family get spoiled and ruined specially girl life.

I am sorry sister. But what will you do after divorcing him. You know how society judge divorce ladies especially in Pakistan. Just think about your family and your self. How you will answer to all those questions when you asked by people. You cannot close their mouths.
