Thanks so very much all of you for wishing just came back from Juma prayer and did pray for all the forum members. Just relaized there are soo many wishing post from you friends to respond. I do thanks to all of you with names starting from A to Z.

Two months ago on 18th August the day when I came back from PK, wife was so sad with question in our mind when will we meet again. At that time I didnt know where I stand by with CHC, how long will it take and where will it ends up. If some one have told me that exactly two months after on 18th your wife will be with you I would have said to ONE that you must be joking but know I reliaze when Allah wants things to happened they just happend with out any question.

She will be arriving on 18th same date when I arrived. Paid 72,000 for PIA one way ticket.

Mariah sister congratulation to you too , beside Resham sister how many 2009 cases do we have more? and I dont think we have any pending case from JAN/FEB 2010 any one?

well not sure but i am also in the 2009 case waiting....so...hopefully the list has gone down

congrats to everyone that has heard the good and exciting news this week...May Allah keep everyone happy and blessed... As pray for all the ones who are still waiting in the tortureing waiting list to reunit with our loved ones.

Just a request can someone make an updated list of all the 2009 applicants so we know how many more are waiting from that year, including me. Thanks....

how much time after remed and PPR do u get visa?

If remedical and PPR were received together, it will take atleast 6-8 weeks for VISA to arrive. Should I say congratulations!?

Canadianbear, My file has same dates like yours. My file was transfered to CHC-I on 2nd December 2010. I hope our turn is coming soon.

hello i have experinced change of address recently.

fax them a letter with new address ,ur date of birth, file number ..remeber to sign it cause i didnt do it and someone called from the chc saying fax again a signed letter . my ecase was updated within 5 days with new address

Through Mail. I also received File # through mail as well on OCT 5, 2010. CHC received my application on Sep 20, 2010.

CHC-IS has also requested to complete IMM008 (Schedule 1), Declaration form, and additional family form along with remed, repcc and supplementry form. Also ask to provide post wedding visit pictures.

I don't know why they asked for these pictures, since I already emailed them everytime i visited to Pakistan. I guess they didn't update my file with voluntary information.

So I thought, what they hell, i will be visiting my wife, might as well pre-fill these forms. I noticed the forms have changed. IMM008 (app for PR) and they also added a new form for National of Pakistan for Supplementary Info. I guess thats why they are requesting re-submission. Also they have some new "validate" button on PDF before printing so bar code gets embedded correctly. Lets hope their move to electronic speeds up the process by.... 80% I can hope ;D

Question on the form...

On the General form (IMM008 for PR App), what is UCI ?? #3 on the form before sex/height/eye color etc.

what else did you get in envelope?
did they send it via TCS?
and do TCS deliver guy calles you before that he has delivery for you?
do you also get an email from CHC?

A form to fill in (Hopefully last form to submit) and in letter 2 passport size pic's were requested.
Yes via TCS PPR letter & Passport back also
TCS did not call in my case
I got both an email and call from CHC advising PPR letter has been issued on xxxx since medical going to expire send passport rightaway with travel reservation. But in normal cases NO they dont send email about PPR notification unless otherwise you have sent normal case enquirey email and they reply you back that " Decision has been and a letter has been OR going to be issued concerning to this"
I cannot recall the name but there was a form member he/she sent enquirey email and that is how they responded back and it turned to a PPR letter.

My Sister's & Brothers, Sono sono meri news update sono. My wife just receive the passport back with VISA ( Alhum-du-lillah)

Passport sent on OCT 6th (Thursday) received back on OCT 14th (Friday). ecase still shows "In process".

still not sure why they keot pp since may....
