Well gas(petrol) is cheaper in Pakistan compare to Canada . CAD $ 1.00 is equal to Rs 87.50 and u said$ 1.36 per liter.

That is what we wrote in my application it will be done in Canada upon her arrival and gave them the valid reasons as why it is going to be like this way with a legal letter "Agreement" that proof can be provided and we stand by our words. My advise is to you provide them proof before they open your file for review otherwise it can cause a hardtime later on.

Saw recently that we can order CAIPS notes online through email and have them received through email as well to save mailing time. Was wondering how to do this. Who do I send the two forms to? How do I send the 5 dollars?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

You need 3 forms [IMM 5563 - IMM 5475 - IMM 5667] to complete you can get these forms from the link below. Ordering CAIPS is helpful if your case has been with them for more than 12 months.

IMM 5563 needs to be filled out by you
IMM 5475 required your spouse signature to release the notes.
IMM 5667 is for payment ($5). You can pay by credit card by providing credit card info on the form OR you can write a check of $5 payable to "Receiver General for Canada".

You can email the signed and completed forms to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca; however keep in mind still they are required 30 days to provide you the CAIPS. If you are paying by check then you need to send completed forms and check to this address and CAIPS will arrive by Canada post.

My timeline is almost same as your.

Application sent to Mississauga on August 5, 2010,
Application process started on September 13, 2010
CHC received Application on September 20, 2010.

October 4th, received a letter from CHC, sent a file #, asked to complete the supplementary form, and send more proofs for recent contact with spouse.
Sent the completed supplementary form and further proofs on October 22, 2010.

Since then haven't heard anything from CHC............ waiting waiting waiting....
Hope to hear something from them soon since it is more than year noww...

My wife sent her passport today(Monday September 26) to CHC ISB. How long usually it take to stamp visa and return passport back.

InshAllah about 2 weeks. just keep in touch with TCS because the passport will be back with TCS and they will call you for receving it. you need to take ur ID card with you for verficiation.
