Salamz All,

Update on my side is that I have finally received my CAIPS notes. The positive comment in it is that, all documents provided with the application support our relationship being genuine.

List of requested docs include: rePCC, IMM008, supp form, additional family, schedule 1...which we received in Feb2011 and sent in Mar 2011

Meds to be requested: still havn't received it yet.

Bring forward date was Apr 3rd, 2011..so no comments after that Last comment on the notes was posted in Feb 2011 that request letter in sent and 45 days to comply.

Mid May will be 14 months for my wife's case. Please pray for me and everyone on this forum going through this process... May Allah makes it easy for all of us. Ameen!!!

MOST PROBABLY IT WILL TAKE 9 TO 10 MONTHS AFTER AOR WHEN THEY'LL RESPONSE,,,,, WELL IT DEPEND ON CASE TO CASE.

Chalo i hope all goes well for you, you know i know 4 ppl on this forum who got the same letter as us. lets keep in touch and make a good support group for everyone. did you manage to get a financial support letter as well as your notice of assesments?

ya sent the documents....it will take 4 days to reach...i got a mail from them that wait for 4 weeks after we receive the documents coz we dont open it right away

yes i sent a letter of support and my job letter also that i am earning....also my NOA`s.....like i filed the 2010 tax few days back so i attached mt T4 slip...will fax them the NOA when i get it....
i ordered CAIPS on 22nd march...still didnt get it
