Thnx for asking im doing alright hangin in there .. yes i filed the appeal next day of refusal wich was apr 7th lawyer said 4 months before the file comes back to canada .. and then we go for our hearings and convince the judge that it wasnt fair .. so lets see ..
no plans yet cuz recently my parents got into a very bad car accident and my dad is critical .. so im here with them .. inshallah i will plan somthing after my hearing ..

may Allah give speedy recovery to your dad.. take lots of care of your parents..inshAllah everything will be alright..sometimes all problems and hardships fall upon a person at once and if you pass this test from Allah..they will all be lifted all at once too InshAllah your dad will be fully recovered and your husband will be here soon and I pray that everthing gets back on track for you Ameen!

yes bro we did not hear anything from them yet..that is why I had ordered Caips.

we did get an email from them last month (after we sent an inquiry) that our file is in queue to be reviewed by Decision Making officer..please remember us in your prayers
