It means your file is in qeue for initial review. Your file was transferred to Islamabad in July. Its been over 8 months. InshAllah you will hear something from them soon once they go over the file initially and check for missing documents and validity.

thanks, surprise was great she was sleeping when I woke her up in the middle of the night she was shocked to see me beside her. I am here till the end of April and hoping to see her remedical, PPR and Passport with VISA before I leave so she can come along wth me lol I know that too much asking but you can't achieve if you don't dream

Today in the evening I spoke to CHC-Islamabad Administration section.. They told me that it takes 7-15 days to get the medical updated in the system and processing time is almost 18 months now

If that is true and I hope it is, than my wife's remedical was done on 17MAR. So I wonder when she will receive her PPR request. She already sent Police certificate on 10 Mar 2011 with supplementary and bunch of pics on CHC-I's request. I am also planning to go like Khan brother back home on Apr 29 2011 for a month. Hope my wife gets everything by that time or when I am there.

Trust me I am already so frustrated with this lengthy timeline. I mean i can't understand why there is such a long qeue of files waiting to be reviewed. I also don't get why the applications from Afghanistan are processed in Islamabad, they should go to India since their processing time is max 6 months. This way they would be processed faster and also there won't be lengthy qeues of files @ Islamabad for Pakistani applications.
