i started my case in oct, chc-i started processing the case in dec, and nothing.....just the wait, no aor either.....hmmmm

All these requests from the high commision, for add docs or any other correspondance, will my husabnd recieve these directly to his home address in pakistan, or will my lawyer get it here in canada? My lawyer is the one who complied and submitted my case, and as per the forms he is both of our representitives.

aww you and i have pretty much the same timeline.
i am sponsoring my husband too and they started processing his application on dec 16.

hey asim on your timeline what does it says say after 2 pcc requested....in oct you wrote something about a service or something what was that and you have heard nothing from them since

yes i sentt hem 2 x PCCs as asked by them on 1st August n then on 13th October i sent them my service detials for my military carrer as asked by them .............. I served in Pak army for almost 7 years + ..... but that was not at all necessary caz i provided all those details in my prelimary application when case was filed n ....................I didnt anything from embassy not even any change in ECAS status not even mentioning receiving now i m waiting 4 their next letter as i got last 2 letters with interval of 3 months each time n it is almost 3 months now let c when my luck call me

I see alot of u from the other forum...anyway below is my timelines if anyone cares.

Got married - Sept 2007

Spousal sponsorship for husband submitted - Dec 28/07
CHC - Mississauga approved application and received AOR - Jan 25/08
File transferred to Islamabad and process started - Feb 20/08
Interview Letter received - Jan 14/09
Interview scheduled - Feb 10/09
I visited Pak twice once Feb 2009 for interview to be with my husband and then again on Aug 2009.
Husband received email reply - Dec 30/09 saying will receive mail from CHC-ISB in due course (watever that means)
Have sent more pics from the 2 trips, chat logs, phone bills, emails - Dec 10/09
CHC-ISB confirmed receipt of the mail - Jan 16/10

Till today its been almost 1 yr (less 2 wks) for the interview but nothing. The sponsorship is not rejected nor its approved. Medical expired on Oct 23/08. but no remedical request sent from CHC-ISB yet. My husbands passport is due to expire on May 12/2010. So don't know what is going to happen.

CAIPS notes shows file transferred to Senior IO. MP is useless and would not write a letter to CHC-ISB.
I am older than my by husband by 10 yrs and have a child 10 yrs old. We are both from the same ethnic background.

I am hoping for some good news soon. Any advise from anyone please post. Its very frustrating don't have any choice but to wait. But not giving up hope. No news is good news.

One of my friend received his interview letter. His application was forwarded to CHC Islamabad Feb. 2009 and was sponsored by her wife in Canada

hey someone on the other forum i joined recieved a re-medical request dated Jan 19 2010, S.k. what is the date written on the interview letter and when did you friend receive it??

Interview date is February 25, 2010 and he received the letter dated January 13, 2010... He did not receive request for re-medical yet although his medical is not valid now
