Hello Green Green ... u can send a cover letter with the receipt like other members are suggesting .. but my husband did not send ne thing after re-med .. thought id let you know .. it isnt neccessary..

depends from case to case. My wife Med expired 3 months ago.

or maybe some kinda of questionnaire.. asking for proves n stuff.. cuz if it would been re-med then they would have given 30 days to comply.. but they gave 45 days so probably some kinda questions they need you to answer... cuz thats wat i got my husband at as well 3 months after his medical expired...
