I m canadian citizen would it be a problem if i moved to pak till my wife gets a visa
i don't think there's gona be any problem...don't just let embassy know that you're in Pak...but if you wish to send them proof of visit then you'll have to disclose it...still i think staying 2-3 months should be OK to avoid any
objection from IO...if you stay longer they may ask for proof of ties to canada...
more on it, if you're a can citizen and stay
WITH your spouse in pak that's not a big issue...a simple letter from school/employer will work...even if you don't have any letter you can just write your plans of future and it will be OK...my wife's sister lived with her husband almost all the time during processing...they sent her objection and she simply wrote them a letter stating she will go back with her husband and start her school in canada...didn't even send any
documentary proof like letter or something...lol...believe me...and it worked for them...every case is treated individually but still i am of the view staying with your spouse (if you're a can citizen) in pak for long time goes completely fine
but if you stay in a country other than canada or pak (for job lets say) and you don't return to canada upon objection from IO then a potential
REFUSAL...same happened with Shaima whose husband lived in US...i remember another case in which husband was a vessel engineer who lived in ships outside canada almost all year long and they sent her wife an objection in pak...but he didn't return to canada and they
refused her application...
