In which cases do u need an authorization plz advise!

Secondly the reason i asked u this is that i sent two emails in january and they never responded to it, now looking at my timeline was it too early to have inquired??

Should i send them email now?

yeh in this case thier could be two things

1. your file might process could be recent means just statring the process
2. they dont have your email address in the file.

but the person who you are sponsoring tell to send email if he/she has one they will respond that.

Just wait for couple of months before sending an inquiry and thats what i also think that u dont need the authorization form as long as u type the complete details in email.

yaar but why they never responded to my emails in January 2011, and can i ask them about the receipt of documents that i sent them recently, if they received them??

can the sponsor voluntarily send updated communication, pics etc or does the applicant have to send it?

sure you can send them.

Onces the background checks r done it goes straight to decision making officer all the files depends on that if it takes longer that means back grounds check r not done yet and this apply to all files if the case is complicated the back grounds checks take longer time it depends for example for people who did reside overseas more than 6 months it takes longer cause u need to provide PCC from that country some people resided in so many countries for those ones it takes longer time though.

Me and my sister contacted MP yesterday to know the status of our spouses`s sponsorship application and we got the following replies today from islamabad:

My Case ( wife case ) - Apr 2010 AOR :

Greetings from Islamabad,

Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer. Unfortunately, at this point in time, a date of finalization can not be communicated.

Your representations in this case have been noted and will be taken into consideration when the application is reviewed.
