yes I also sent them an e-mail in early sept and didn't get a reply.. so it looks like they're really not answering e-mails right now.. in the past they always replied to e-mails even if it is a month later but now they're not even doing that. I guess maybe they're doing a lot of interviewing these days because many people who are in interview que got dates so maybe they're busy in that.

ur medical is cleraded but where is the ppr letter

sis ur processing time has past the time on the site of 26 months then u should contact CHC, tell them that, ur MP and also send an email to ottawa.

And also on the website says if ur application take longer then 26 months then they have provided contact information for you to keep in touch with them. all the best insha'allah you will get PPR in coming days its November and insha'allah its RAINING PPR and RE MEDS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING LONGER and also for anyone who is jus in this stupid chc torture

Just wondering, If CHC asks for remed but yet have not started Criminality or Security Check, does tht mean that if they request remed they would do background check how long would that take?

I jus received my GCMS notes surprisingly, I received my GCMS notes in 15 days
i mailed it out on October 16 2012 and i received it today.

my GCMS notes show that i have passed Eligibility (Alhamdulillah)
Medical has been send through registered mail wen my ecase changed to in process October 26 2012, (not sure if send up mostly updated on GCMS notes on tht day.


Any help would be grateful

another question from a friend of mine, her case says the relationship is genuine and both Sponsor and Application have meet and passed. But its odd that the she did not included her brother in law on her case wen she filed but added him, we she got a request on August, and says that her relationship is genuine and also send to for review in case the case needs an interview? how does that work? and May Allah swt forbid the interview.

I ordered notes last month still waiting to get them. I also get updates through MP office and I've been told that background checking is going on. I think as soon as that is done they will send PPR. I think since yours was wife case they didn't do a secondary background check and sent PPR as soon as medicals were cleared. However since mine is husband case they are doing full background checks. I guess it makes sense but who knows. I have been PPR for almost 5 months now but now I can't wait any more and I'm going to vist my husband next week for a month inshAllah hopefully he will get PPR soon though so that either he comes back with me or comes soon after me.

Mujgani - so just to clarify your notes show that criminality or security is not started and they mailed you out the medical? If yes that means they will get PPR once meds are clear and back-ground checking is complete. There is no fixed time period for background checks unfortunately. My husbands remed has been done since almost 5 months but still no PPR. So it's hard to say.

mp of mu hubby area inquire about my medical from embassy and embassy send mp email and tell her that they didn't recieved my medical yet and they send email to new dehli to. inquire about my medical.
can anybody tell me how much they will take to update my medical or in recieving results from new dehli???????
i hope it will over soon and i got my ppr.

Mp ny pata karwaaya ha...us ka mutabik file in Que for review by immgration officer that will be end of january next year....

yah after medical sometimes u have to wait 6 to 7 months for ppr hmmm ur mp is right ....almost jan'2013 is close.
