I hope so too that once she has remed+ppr and then deliver then I have to get child Canadian passport only ..

2. micmac101 (Well they asked many questions about our relationship. How long have we known each other,when did we get married. One was about the age difference me being 58 and him 40.I had converted to Islam in 2006 and had hard times. He was intoduced to me through an online friend I had known about 4yrs.
The interviewer was impressed about my coming here to visit him several times and my husband told him i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband.
We had brought more documents for them to be examined but he said they had enough already.
The interview to 2 1/2 hrs. My husband came out smiling and was told a letter would be received in the mail. Now what all this means I don't know but we hope and pray its good news coming.)

Can any help how to send GCMS Notes forms to Ottawa via email... should I scan all required documents and send it to them or there is a specific format..

Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask them to scan and email it to you after they fill it out and sign it).

1 - Form name IMM5475E
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

2 - Form name IMM5563E
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf


IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor.

Pay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with your credit card. You will have to register with them, just provide your email and confirm password; its that easy !!!

You can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your email address as well.

Salaam everyone I just got GCMS notes and don’t know what’s the meaning here are the notes.

In note 2 it said PHEP received u/d. frd to fcr which was on June 28, 2012.
In note 1 it said PHEP letter re-send via Air mail which was on July 4, 2012.

Please check that your mailing address on file is correct, this looks like the PPR they sent out was UNDELIVERED (u/d) and forwarded somewhere (not sure what fcr could stand for).

The letter is sent out again by regular mail, it might be that where you are there is no registered mail service (i.e. TCS/Fed-ex), so please check with your local post office ASAP for any mail in your name.

Gooouuuooooood Newsssssssssssssss::::::

Alhamdolillah; my wife has received her medical and PPR today (posted by embassy on 31 Jul).. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Now she has to go to Lahore to do medical, probably without X-Ray. We need to find out if needed, they will do the x-ray after delivery.

Another question will be if they can do x-ray without original ppr, because we will be sending the ppr to CHC-I.

Keeping fingers crossed for all of this and let's see what doctor has to say. Lagta hai yeh sabh kuch ab to delivery ke baad hi hoga..

Allah ka fazal hua ke yeh sare papers mang lie hein CHC walon ne.. Ab to bas waiting game hai.. 8) 8)
