in the start of April they replied me tat my file is in the Queue 4 the review by decision making officer and today i got a reply tat it is with the immigration officer :-[ :-[ :-[ which is sooo sad ...
if the ppl of 2010 wont get ppr in june den it will b getin more worse n upset ...
plzzz ALLAH help us alll ... AMEEEEEEEN
i pray tat everyone whether applicants of 2010 or 2011 gets their visas stamped very very soooon :-[ :-[ :-[ dis process is cruel ...
i never took tension of anything more than this ...
pending process from almost 20 months :-[ :-[ n no sign of its completion ... i dnt hav any idea tat wen is dis torture going 2 end ...
please help God !

Common name :Landing Fee, right?

If so then it always good idea to submit this fee at the time of application. That's another few months waste of time once they need it.

when i filled my application i had a total of $1040 bill... is that correct (or covers everything)... or am i missing on to this fee... i dont want them to waste the time on my file whenever they get to it... its better to pay and get rid of this headache in advance along with the additional info/evidence etc package...

CHC delays cases that MISS any important documents or fees

they can fall back on there promise that if we had what we needed we would had processed the case faster

so they can point the the finger at the sponsor for not following instructions

it says in their application kit , it wud delay case by 2 months............

Yes, you are right.

Unfortunately, uneducated people tend to get visa within a year to 14 months. The rest of us have to wait. It looks like Canada is lacking jahils.

THEY GIVE BOGUS REPLIES ..THEY JUST BUY TIME...
I several time gave the example of mrahmani's case that 3/4 days ago his MP got a reply from CHC that back ground checks r being conducted ..and MP said it will be over around jan 2013..and after 3/4 days her hubby got ppr..Around us there r several ppls ..Who r getting this reply for more then 6 months that dmo has their file .so just leave it what they r replying .
It is gonna happen when it is written in ur luck!
