As Mike says above, all cases are different. I would urge caution in trying to interpreting the guidelines CHC follows. For example, my wife has extensive travel history that CHC didn't even know about till Feb 2012 but the next month she got PPR, so it isn't clear that travel history has to delay a case.

Okay so that means 24th April is your Bring forward date. They have looked at your husbands medicals and updated the file. I guess they will look at the file to issue Visa on 24th April.

telling u the truth i dont even know seriously my second time ordering those note and i onlu=y get the notes left by the officers lool thats all but i know that hubby have passed second medical soo nothibng to worry :D

no surveillance required in health issues or watching on your husband activities?

This means that they don't require any other test or monitor his health.
