I just got a call from chc-I ...The girl on the phone asking abt me and my son's medical whether have we received it or not I said we have received it and got done with it on march 5 and sent the receipt to u on march 6 don't know y were they asking this ?Means they hvn't received the results yet!!

Guys,

I got my GCMS notes today and after going over them a couple of times, I am even more frustrated and pissed off now :-X :-X

The VO believes that the relationship is genuine and issued Re-med on 13th Feb. He waived the supp forms and Re-PCC request as I sent them a PCC voluntraily last summer. According to the notes, they sent out the Re-medical letter on the 18th FEB by TCS. Also, it mentions that PHEP letter is ready to be issued. Don't know if they sent it out with Re-medical or waiting for the Re-medical results to be updated.

I emailed them this morning again regarding the Re-medical letter and asked them to send it again. I don't know what the hell is going on now with CHC-I local staff who is so inefficient that they can't even send the request letters properly. OR if its TCS that screwed up :-X

No I dint say that... I actually said that I am not planning to go to Pakistan because of the travel advisory to all Canadian's not to travel to Pakistan, plus I have no ties with Pak as I left when I was 18 and never went back for fifteen years. Plus I dont have many family members there.

The BF date is kind of a deadline, it does not mean that they will not look at the file before as it says in CAIPS that the file is "in process".

but people here say that BF date tells you when your file will be reviewed again?

What? it's been more than 20 days and they haven't received your medical report yet
did you scan and emailed them your receipt or couriered it?

I hope so, but wonder why they did not say relationship is genuine. And why they used the word "appear"? Hmmmm maybe I am analyzing it too much.

These are the comments of Immigration Officer. I have the same statement by IO. Afterwards when Deision making officer reviews the the file he/she writes it as Geniune and enters SELDEC. I think your SELDEC is still not finalized. BFD is date on which your file is reviewed next i dont think it can be 30/11/12 it can be a typing mistakae.

There are other people too who are getting very long BFDs I think they might have changed there some operating procedures after GCMS.

no MAB I didn't email them I sent them through TCS..But i think i should now scan it and then email it!

Yes, you have to submit your original receipt with cover letter.
AOR is acknowledgement receipt.
this is the first letter which CHC-I sends when they receive your file from Canada
but i guess they have stopped sending AORs now

yes ur ri8 they stopped sending AOR we havent recieved any AOR from CHC-I
