I wish we have these games everyday so they will take off stress of visa from everyone's mind
It is my honest suggestion to everyone worrying and waiting for letters everyday wont help a bit.
It'll just make u go crazy, forget about objections, letters, interviews, life will be so easy.
There is a time for everything and when it is your time everything will be sorted out for u.
I am sorry to every members who were hurt from my posts I will name 2 raptorsfan and cheerz.

Just wanted to make sure if the application would be disapproved or if it would delay my application if I dont submit the police cert with the application to Missisuaga.

How long does it take to get the certificate ? YOu can send it later or you can wait till they request you to send the clearance certificate as yours would already be expired by the time they do your review. So better to send it later and even better to wait it out and send it when they ask for it.

No the application won't be disapproved. They will ask you to send it. Have it made 4-5 months after your file is transferred. Send it by the end of 6th month of your file transfer to Islamabad. It will be valid for 1 year so they won't ask you to Re-send it. Keep a copy with you, just incase if they ask for it again, then send the same copy with a cover letter that you didn't visit Aussieland since you applied.

Bhai don't talk about MQM Jalsa, they force the women out of their houses. I used to live very close to 9.0 and lived there for 13 years and have seen and experienced it all. Even right now, my khala is a social worker, she constantly gets pushed around by MQM workers to come to their Jalsa and bring more women with her. If I heard all this from someone I might not have believed it but I have experienced it first hand. The only sensible guy I see now who can lead Pakistan is Imran Khan.

Thanks Danny for all the help. Do you mind sharing your thoughts on applying for visit visa or student visa of my spouse after applying for her sponsorship. say after 6 months of file transferred to islamabad.

Apply for it right away after you apply for immigration. They can give visit visa to your wife if she has a job and would have to show proof that she will be back in Pakistan to resume her job etc etc. She got to have a strong case that she will return to Pakistan. Lately a few people on the forum has got the Visit Visa already. Now If you want to apply for student visa, then apply for it before the immigration application. This way they wouldn't think that she is related to you and would be coming to Canada to be with you and it would strictly be study related Visa. Once you apply for immigration for her and then apply for her student visa, they will think that she just wants to be with you, thats why there is a huge chance that it would be denied.
