anyways my cousin is in a same position aftr 18 mnths thy send her hubby a letter whch states tht he has to re do his medical nd we opened ur file,,,,,,,so thy said thy whn thy ask u to re do yr medical aftr tht in a mnth or 2 mnth u gonna get visa :S

Huge difference between Pak & India... they have no security problems,, their govt not as corrupt as our's, they are enjoying cricket world cup in their country, when no international team is ready to come to pakistan... so it effects the immigration process as well... in india they appointed so many immigration officers as compare to Pakistan.. becuz of security reasons their staff is less in Pakistan and eventualy it prolongs the process... more cases and less people to deal with them.... many reasons... It is good that in these kind of circumstances embassy is still working for Pakistani people... what if they close embassy from Islamabad and shift it to Dubai and increase process time? and call people for interview to Dubai... I believe people will still apply sposal cases from dubai... Also there are many other offices, their processin time is even longer than us... like Akara Ghana.. Nairobi Kenya.. etc... So we should all be patient and should be thankful to Canadian embassy they are still working in Pakistn in such tough situation where their lifes are on stake.... you never know how hard it is for them too.... we should also appreciate their efforts and wait for our turn to get our PR... since we see alomost everyday peoople receiving PPR... and we are in queue... so think positive and trust in Allah,, Allah will help all of us inshaAllah... and in Quran Allah says.. Allah does not put Burden on people more than their capacity to absorb.... May Allah helps all of us (Aameen)
