yes they will and you need to stay with your spouse atleast 2 years then they will grant you PR if you still married by that time it is same as in UKmainbucha said:Marriage of convenience visa
you mean when they gonna start conditional Permanent resident visas or ? ? ? ?
2 years are not an issue because we sign on a lifetime partnership plan. But atleast they should give our spouses the visas.waiting4visa said:yes they will and you need to stay with your spouse atleast 2 years then they will grant you PR if you still married by that time it is same as in UK
yes they will give you visa more easier than this PR and you will get early not like in 1 or 2 years time.Tinko said:2 years are not an issue because we sign on a lifetime partnership plan. But atleast they should give our spouses the visas.
Would you be okay if they give your spouse the Visa by this summer and then she would have to wait 2 years to become a permanent resident and then 5 more years to get the Canadian citizenship. Would you be okay with this scenario ?Tinko said:2 years are not an issue because we sign on a lifetime partnership plan. But atleast they should give our spouses the visas.
yes i would be happy if they provide temporary resident visa in 2 months time i do not care if it takes ages to become CitizenDanny4450 said:Would you be okay if they give your spouse the Visa by this summer and then she would have to wait 2 years to become a permanent resident and then 5 more years to get the Canadian citizenship. I think its unfair for the people who are already waiting for more than an year. If they want to implement the temporary resident Visa then they should bring in new forms and complete processing them in 2 months, so the spouse could be here quickly.
Brother! It is already 20 months that I am waiting.Danny4450 said:Would you be okay if they give your spouse the Visa by this summer and then she would have to wait 2 years to become a permanent resident and then 5 more years to get the Canadian citizenship. Would you be okay with this scenario ?

So both of you are waiting from July 2010 and would soon be in your final stages of immigration would be okay if you get the Temporary Resident Visa in 2 months instead of 4 months of getting a permanent resident Visa?Tinko said:Brother! It is already 20 months that I am waiting.
