Did you not send them the original Nikkah Nama?? Or did you send them an Original Nikkah Nama in English?? Also, did you send anything voluntraily since you submitted the application?

My file received Dec 2nd, 2010.

Today I received a letter asking for 50 gazillion documents regarding the sponsor. Also asking for the name of the people in the wedding pics and all. Supp forms too.
Alhumdulillah. Atleast they opened my file.

Hope all other Nov Dec 2010 people hear some good news.

i did send them original english nikkah namma....but its not registered so they asking again......no i havent send any voluntraily stuff......thx's to allah i visited my hubby so i can send them now.

Hi All,
Alhumdulillaha –Allaha nay mere parayres sun le.aur Inshallaha app sab ke be boht jaldi dile Khawaishen pore hoon gy.My hubby got Passport request with 15 days of dead line.i know this waiting period was not easy at all. Some time this sponsorship process made me cried and some frustrated and made me feel forget about everything and go back to Pakistan but at the same time I knew these decisions would not be the practical ones. I would have to force myself to stay in Canada and focus on my job. However, when I joined this forum I thought there will be no day of my life when I will share something with you guys. But Allah is very merciful and he helped me in this phase ne given me the strength to stay patience.
I know it is very easy in word to say –be patience for 3 years but in practical life it is very very hard.
I would like to say many many thanks to Wes-One 2Ka 4 and Humpakwatan k log-amna Fahd –Danny-and very body on this forum who supported with their word.

Applied in Mississauga-August 2009.
Complete Wedding case-Male category.
CHC start processing –Oct 2009.Supplemental form and proof of cotact+PCC.March 2010.
File in Q to be reviewed from May 2010-April 2011.
Received letter again for Pcc+pic+boarding passport+ongoing relationship proofs.- May 2011
Visit back home in May 2011.and provided more pics.
File reviewed-in Oct 2011 and granted interview.
Interview Dec 07.2011.
Re medical request-Dec 15.2011- re -medical sent Dec 23.2011.
Feb 13.2012.Passport request.15 day's deadline.

how long did it take to get an interview ater you got letter??? i m just asking because we are in interview que and some people say it take 1 year to get but im trying to find hope it wont, i was going to go back to pk to see my husband since hehasnt met our son yet but he say it not safe that my son could get sick and if iget sick again like i did that ntot good either so if you can please tell me this then maybe i can have some hope i will be able to see my husband before 2 years since its already been almost 1 year

No but i have a really good relationship with my mp so im gong to have her check it out for me she just have a holiday on mondays so i have to wait until tomorrow i just need some hope me and my husband are really fed up and going in bad depression because of everything

I have a good news to share...By Grace of Allah my hubby got a call from CHC today saying that they e-mail us PPR and we have to send them our passport and an ittenary as soon as possible...
I m sssoo happy i cant explain my excitement. Finally Allah ka shukar hai that this day has arrived.
My timeline is as following:

AOR 21, Dec 2009
Request letter asking for spouse communication proves, stay of spouse in pakistan etc, Nov 2010
Re-medical request, Feb 2011
Request for FBI Clearance letter , March 2011
IMM-Forms and Re-Pcc, October, 2011
Request for ARC and submission of fees, 8th February 2012
PPR (Allah ka Shukar hai), 13th February 2012


yyyeeeehhhhhhh!!! eeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! sssooo happy finally this wait .. this torture... talking on skype for hours and hours... txt messagin even at workkk!!!.. just thinking of my life all the time... is OOOVVEEERRRRR!!!!!...

I think you should order CAIPS right away, you will find out why they put you in the interview queue. Sometimes its just not enough relationship proof which I am pretty sure you can give them. Talking to your MP is a good idea, maybe she can exert some pressure on them.

Mrs amir-i dont' want to beark ur heart but if u ask me-My personnel experience it takes longe if ur file is in Interview Q, ia hve seen many people it take good year to get interview letter.My MP was involved too but trust it does not matter if ur Mp is sending e mail to them or not. The CHC- takes their own sweet time and they know very well how to justify their crucial application professing time. The only thing I would suggest you to get CAIPS-and keep of record of ur ongoing relationship just in case if they ask u again. And please make lots of prayers.
In this situation only and Only Allaha can help you.
Please don’t take it to the heart it is just my own personnel experience. and I had it for 3 years.
I will pray for u and you keep praying for all of us.
