The person asked me on fone that my husband was whether in pak or canada n i told him tat he is now in canada n he left on dec 2011 before that he was here to see me n his son .. den wht shud i expect ?

They will ask you to provide proof that your husband is back in Canada. Ask your husband to send you the boarding passes and a copy of passport entry/exit stamps so you will save time when you actually get the request letter. I believe they will send you a request letter for IMM Forms, Re-PCC and proof that your husband left for Canada.

its not about reviewed, they said they put my docs into my file but i sent it more than 3 months ago, so why still in file not to be review yet, as ppl said in forum when you sent your docs they check your docs once deadline end right?

They said it because I think its your first email that you might have sent them after you sent them the documents. Wait for 15days email them again they will tell you your file is in review queue.

2-3 weeks to get the request letter. Add 4-5 months for the whole processing to be done. So you are probably looking at June 2012 to arrive in Canada.

I sent them docs more than 3 months ago and i emailed them since 2 weeks back

Baby say case strong nahi hota,, one guy went to interview and VO asked him that if we wanna do your kid DNA test we would do, he said ok you can do if you want, see sometime they dnt even believe that kid is your own, they doubt us in all matter :-\
