My wife's passport was received by CHC-IS on Nov 28, and still waiting for the passport to be returned to her. Its been more two weeks now..Hopefully and praying that she gets it back before CHristimas Holidays, InshaAllah!!!

Amahmoo , Passports are recently returned in a month so u have to see in first week of jan 2012 due to holidays .....

in letter thy also requested
the pics both nikkah n post wedding
my husband pasport bio data page copy
proof of cantact
explanation about plans for final reception
future plan in case of non issuance of visa

we submitted the pics wd application shd i re send those???
n what do thy mean future plan in case of non issuence of visa
n any tip to fill the forms n writing the explanation of plans of final reception

  • the pics both nikkah n post wedding In the cover letter explain that you sent them with application and in addition if you have any new pics from husband's latest visit then send those as well. It seems like they reviewed the pics you sent with your application but were not satisfied and want more and recent pics than what you submitted. Maybe of a visit to you or outing with you or rukhsati and valima pics etc

  • proof of cantact if you haven't already then send more recent contact proofs such as bills,call logs,ecards, facebook email screenshots, text messages
    
  • explanation about plans for final reception Have you done Rukhsati and Valima? If not then when are you planning to do them? Give them a date or approximate date or if you plan to do it in Canada and why (family reasons or whatever) ? etc
    
  • future plan in case of non issuance of visa It means what will you do if they dont give you a visa and refuse? Tell them you will fight the negative decision if the visa is refused as your relationship is genuine and you will appeal as well as apply again ..if still nothing works out in your favour then your spouse will move to Pakistan to live with you

Hi was it only nikah case ? I also got same letter on 5th sept . Did they ask for remed and re-pcc ?

i havent sent thm anything voluntarily n the pics i have i already submitted wd the application
my husband didnt visited me after our wedding so i dont have any new pics
i have my call records showing talk time of couple of hours daily rather twice a day
i do have skype record screenshoots western union receipt of every moths laptop reciept he sent me n other gifts items receipts
text msgs yahoo chat facebook msgs b hai saved
also tha gifts my mother in law sent me
so will it b good enough??

Yes It will be good but they might still want the consummation of the wedding proofs with rukhsati pics and valima pics ( or at least CLEAR plans of these with dates etc). Have you performed rukhsati and valima?

If you sent few pics with the application then maybe you can send more of these pics especially of valima, rukhsati, after wedding dawats photos, honeymoon trip photos or outings and a few at home photos with your husband and in laws.

Maybe ask your husband(if he can) to visit you so that you can send those pics as proofs along with these.

Yeah in that case send ALL OF these pics you mentioned of the outings, you attending your sisters nikah with your husband, family dawats. Also send pics that are with groups of other people as well not just with your husband with his family and your family with him etc so they know that you both have relationships with each others families too.
