i hed passport request on 18th of oct 2011, same week before sent passport to chc london

my e case shows , decsion made , what is this mean ? has my visa printed , and my file is

completad and closed , no more checks etc ............ what could be the mean ?

my class is femily class and i have appeal won case thanks , i have sent my pp 4 days ago .

Hi All,

My assumption for the timeline is that since immigration cases of Afghanistan are also being processed from our office this could be the average timeline for both the countries. Have anyone noticed how much time does take for a case which is applied from Afghanistan? This is just an assumption! I want all of you to comment.

Although this increasing trend of timeline is very disturbing but i still have some hopes because we have seen cases on this forum being processed within 12 to 16 months when timeline was 24 months. It is hard to understand how each application is assessed as there is no fixed formula and if there is then it must be known to immigration officers only. It was surprising for me when i came across two cases of early 2010 which were processed within 6 to 7 months as reported by them but there might be some cases that have been waiting for more than 2 years also. Can't really understand what factors are causing delays...backlogs, lengthy background checks, volume of applications..

Yes dear sister, finally I found the password & hope won't loose it again. You have a very good memory. You remember that impulsive was my I.D. whenever I forgot about the password. My wife always ask me if I remember her name or if I remember sponsoring her. But I just tell her I get too busy so I forget many things.

Salaam brothers and sisters, alhumdolillah my wife received her passport back today.

Info for DodgeCharger and tweety and any other Re-Med/PPR case:

My wife received the Re-Med & PPR request on Sep 21, responded on Sep 23. The address on ecas disappeared yesterday and the status changed to Decision Made. So, in total, it took a little over 5 weeks.

yeah it's the power of positive thinking....height of positivity...lol...if they keep on increasing the islamabad timeline, i'll be more positive next year like saying "Allah kare mera rePcc na aaye, Allah kare mera ReMed na aaye, Alla kare mera PPR na aaye" :'( :-\ ??? :-[
