I checked our db of pprs dates and found that last year after Nov 15 there was only one PPR which was for Baseera's husbad on the 18-Dec-2010 but then he had been waiting for 30 months.

If they dont work around that time then how come they issued the PPR for Dec's month?

But it could be that this case was an exception since there is only one PPR after Nov 15 2010 and before January?

Not sure but it seems like they do issue PPR after Nov 15 for sure.

They do work around that time but they don't normally issue any Visa's or PPR unless there is an exceptional case. As you said there was only one PPR after Nov 15 - Dec 31st in the past years so after, so that just cofirms it.

I called that 1-800 number for my CAIPS since its been >1 month and I haven't received them but I can only leave a message. Is there someone I can contact directly??? thanks for the help!

Highly doubt that- even they have to report at the end of every month/ year for the quota that was assigned to them. So yeah, a one week christmas holiday seems more like it...Also, I think all the re-med cases would be done soon if they intend implementing the new policy soon- cases at re-pcc or re-med stage won't fall under the new policy category. And if they do implement the new policy then the new applicants have it easy and inshAllah they'll be uniting with their husbands in 3-4 months after marriage

I called them today to get that done, he went and checked with the manager and came back to tell me that they don't match prepaid services; like I said earlier So yeah you got lucky there to be paying 1.8cents for Pakistan Do you call to Saudi Arabia alot? If not then I wouldn't call them to get that fixed because they might look at it again take the previllage back, but if you do call Saudi alot then give it a try, they might give it to you and let us know too.

I need to check the history in couple days but they said Its effective from Mon, Oct 31.

I didn't need a hammer to convince them.............just told them the website: ring123pinless............then the rep had to confirm from her manager......nd he approved it to b 1.8 c/min..........but they still charged me 26 c/min for Saudi arabia moblile call........I will need to talk to them abt this............or ring123 is charging 11 c/min...........
