Thanks Danny bro. My brother in law got his PP back today. Even we had repcc same day as my brother in law got his visa today and i m still awaiting. I m surprised our both cases filled on same day and we got all the correspondence on same days except PPR. 2 weeks ago my brother in law got PPR request and on same day i got repcc request. I m surprised that they use TCS for my repcc request.

my husband got his AOR in oct but on the AOR it say aug ...
i m really unsure why it says tht
i assumed it was a mistake by the person who sent the AOR

Hello Everyone.. following is the CAIP notes update (through MP).. its a wife case

. Medicals are now posted (valid until July 15, 2012)
· Background checks are pending
· August 18, 2011- noted receipt of requested documents <---- (and infact they received the TCS on July 25)
· File is currently with Officer and is under review

I have been told that there is no bring forward date, so what does it mean ? my file is sitting there untill background checks are complete (I submitted polcie report etc with the docs on july 25) or its just there to send me the PPR .. any comments ?

Yes that could be right as there is no BF date due to background checks as there would be no point to review. I am sure once the background check is done they will review it and process the PPR.
File which does not have BF date they place a TAG on it or probably track seprately, so when the required task is done they just pull the file and review it with out BF date. My CAIPS in FEB doesnt show any BF date also however everything was completed. In July I sent Rukhsati proof and I am sure they had placed a redtag instead of BF date on my file and upon receiving my documents they have started reviewing it.
