not only that after six months of that social joke they were forced to go through ....................visa section desi called his wife and asked her to provide new pictures of the son (not passport size or immigration specific) ....... just to see how he is growing or probably to see if he resembles his parents or if he is a borrowed child.................. so their insult has no limit and they do add insult to injury

Well one of the member's on this forum had his wife's VISA sold to someone else in Pakistan and the officer at CHC-Islamabad was involved who sold many VISAs to others. He was fired once caught and yes the member has filed a law suit against CHC-Islamabad after the incident. His wife got her VISA though very fast after that incident and has landed. Havn't heard anything for a while from him so I wonder what the update is too on that matter...

hmmmm ............ fortunately I am not their victim ................ they have not opened my file yet .................. it was my friend with Nikkah only case ................ and I was already aware what they could do so I tried my best do my homework well before I applied............. rest is in God's hands

not yet ..................they sent him PCC and immm'a only ............... he even had lived with his wife in Pak for 9 months after the baby was born, sent them all the proof ........but so far no medical yet ................... what it seems like that if u dont do all the rituals at the time of application ................. they dont see it as favorably after ...... there are exceptions to this rule as well .............. but probably they like to think that they are now doing it because we have objected on it

He ordered his CAIPS notes where it showed visa issued!

When he didn't hear anything from the embassy for 13 or 14 months, he ordered CAIPS and found out the the file was closed and the fake wife landed in CANADA already! And I believe he involved his MP after as well..

Hello Every one

I applied in Aug 2010 (last year); my wife application received on Oct, 04 2010 ( in Islamabad). Actually I dont want to submit false info so I mentioned only 'Nikkah' .. I can c you guys are laughing.. ...

So, it seems I will get objection letter (based on the forum replies).. my questions are,

1. Do you know anyone who mentioned 'Nikkah' but didnt get objection

2. In case of objection;
a. if I go back home perform Rukhsati and send them details; how much additional time they will take (i.e thats a new process altogether?) any rough idea from the date you send them further proofs
b. I am planning to visit PK in Dec.; so what you suggest if I mention that I cannt provide further proof in next 45 days but end of December or early January? (is it an option or not?)

so we are condemning CHC-I correctly..there is no ambiguity in it...where is that victimize guy??has'nt he joined this group so far???where do he ends up his anger :-X

Proofs that you provide is never enough, they can ask you for anything anytime. I don't know if you had a chance to read that one of the family members of 'became-a-loner' had to do their rukhsati, and walima pictures again with their son on their lap and provide those picture :-\

My wife's case was very simple as well, no work history, no travel history, only education, lived at one place since birth and we have no kids, she didn't receive any objections, nor she received any request for extra documentation yet It took them 19 months to process her case...

i dont understnd isnt a child a proof of marriage i had him in canada
after coming back from pak and then after 7 mthn > took him back to see him dad
...... tht is so stupid............. u know i believe you though my friend has been married for 5 year has 3 kids she sponsered her husband about 2 years ago and they have the file still in processing tht is it , she sponsered her husband late due to some personal family issues but she has sent

while i was in pakistan i sent them picture of my husband and my son n well
our family >> tickets and where i am living with him gave them the adderss as we live in the same adderss in pakistan and for how long i will be in pak...
i would rather stay in pakistan with hubby then here in canada until i know he will be coming back with me
but everyone i know has told me to have full time job so they use tht as a reason
i was on materny lev when i went back with my 7mnt old son to see his dad!!!!!!!
