no news of your passport junglee log, well this address ghayab thing not sure what it is my address was gone for more then 2 weeks last month and now again its gone from 1 week. Sometimes I think its a glitch but sometimes it build up false hope inside me.

Na man they didnt even mention receipt of my passport. My process is in its 24th month and seriously I don't know how I have still managed to maintain control over my senses. Ya know what the funniest bit is? When I went to the interview the lady said that your case is so straight forward that I apologise that we even called you in for the interview. If it was so bloody straight forward then why is it taking ages for them to reach a decision. Man I'm fed up!

And above everything else, their email replies are so hopeless, they don't even bother giving us a true insight in our cases.

Canada has the worst immigration system thats all I can say, you were just another victim of this crapy system. Don't worry sooner or later you will get the visa.

it does not hurt to order CAIPS, you can do it again once you provide proof again ......... how they completely ignored all the evidence of ur ruksati ....... did you send your docs through TCS and did you check the status of them receiving it

Yes i did and was received by a person named NASIR as per TCS online tracking...

I also sent an updated PCC so they shouldn't have asked for PCC but they did so i am sure they have missed the package...

i do agree with you..other countries are running immigration system for long time and far more efficient...particularly in the case of family/spouse...coz man human emotions are being involved in this matter...

but people....canadian immigration system wana some angels ..... n some skilled and some educated spouses who could contribute to their economy and can generate some angelness...

and this GREAT criteria is for pakistanis...particularly... :

i do respect bro wes with all my heart....but i also disagree with this ideology...pakistan is not a corrupt country...yess...pakistani politicians, elites, feudals are corrupt and criminals...

as a matter of fact, these people are responsible for each and every difficulty which we face while living with in the country and while living as overseers.....!!!!

i have mentioned before as well that our foreign officials just enjoy their trips and status...they do not work on the diplomatic dialogues which protect Pakistanis...rather they treat Pakistani Citizens like strangers with all discrimination which is the hallmark of our bureaucracy..

how can we see a favour for Indians..when we all knw that they are found more in fraud cases??how India is in good books of Canadian Immigration????

Pakistan is a labelled Muslim country where as India will always be considered the homeland for Hindus even though there are more Muslims there than in Pakistan. Pakistan is faced with corruption, is blamed for producing terrorists and God knows what other propaganda. But Pakistani's are known for their tactical ways and hard work "both" throughout the world. God help Pakistan and those who dwell in it.
