Hi Danny, my wife has got 3 letters...


1 - letter asks to re-fill few forms , it also asks to send COPY of my passport pages showing entry and exit stamps and Also "PCC FROM ALL DISTRICTS WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS"


2nd Letter.. says that marriage is not genuine..


3rd letter: its a declaration that my wife has to sign that she cannot practice MEDICAL profession without Passing exams etc etc



The important thing to note is that " Both letters are signed by Different Officer at the bottom"

brother do u know why the said marriage is not geninue ......... is it a nikkah only case ............ and i did not quite understand that she has to sign that she cant practice medicine ............ is she a doctor in Pakistan because I never heard ot it

@ one 2-4 and Danny, thank you sir... My wife sent 1 PCC from her parent's home district which is Karachi South and now she is living with my parents so that's district East.
so i will send 2 PCC's...
For proof.. we are sending as much as we can..
For 3rd Letter , she needs to sign and there is also a WITNESS LINE... can my father need to sign that portion ? OR she should notarized it ?

I am not sure, I would think your father can be a witness and sign without getting it Notarized but I am not sure since I havn't dealt with anything similar. Maybe Wes786 can answer this question for you?

actually i have heard it before about signing the form for not practicing medicine without exam, one person i know also had to fill this form.

I am not sure, I would think your father can be a witness and sign without getting it Notarized but I am not sure since I havn't dealt with anything similar. Maybe Wes786 can answer this question for you?

Yes, whoever got this letter his/her father can sign this form as witness and then get this letter notarized.

yes it was a NIKAH case ,.. But i later had everything last year BUT those stupid PPL never open or attach the VALIMA, RUKSHATI AND HONEYMOON pics in the package...i sent it in March 2011-


Its just lack of Luck on my side.... ... I even bought a house and was planning to move in with my wife..but ALLAH has some different plan...ya kia pata kisi kee "nazar lag gai" ,

anyways.... me , my family and my wife's family are working day and night to arrange the package and send back to CHC-ISL..


I am hoping for a miracle so that my wife is here around March 2012. INSH-A-ALLAH... guys please please remember me in your prayers !!!

yes it was a NIKAH case ,.. But i later had everything last year BUT those stupid PPL never open or attach the VALIMA, RUKSHATI AND HONEYMOON pics in the package...i sent it in March 2011-

if you sent documents in March 2011, they should have reviewed it by now.......... did you order CAIPS ......... and also send them proof of purchase of ur house it shows ur commitment to live in Canada

No they haven't reviewed it for sure... because in letter they still talk about Nikah that happened in April 2010 - And yes i will fedex all the docs from my side , it's costing me around 150$ but i guess i should not take any chance...


I know i asked this question before , but if everything is genuine do you think my wife can have visa by march 2012 ? provided that all docs are submitted around 25th September ?

No one can answer the question of when should one expect a visa other then Allah, so just pray and send every document u have.

and btw an advice for all the members until u dont get the visa, do not make any plan of your future or do not dream as i was expecting to be with my wife by October

you should definately order CAIPS and it should also show if they updated your documents or not ......... they said marriage is geniune and what els ......... did they ask you to explain how it is geninune or provide proof .......... you can hope that she may get a visa by march 2012 inshallah

no news of your passport junglee log, well this address ghayab thing not sure what it is my address was gone for more then 2 weeks last month and now again its gone from 1 week. Sometimes I think its a glitch but sometimes it build up false hope inside me.

it does not hurt to order CAIPS, you can do it again once you provide proof again ......... how they completely ignored all the evidence of ur ruksati ....... did you send your docs through TCS and did you check the status of them receiving it
