You have certainly sent them enough evidence about your relationship. I suggest you stop sending them any more proofs voluntarily. Keep collecting them but don't send them untill requested as we know that the file goes back into queue for a full review everytime your file is updated with something after your initial review. Order CAIPs it will tell you what they think of your marriage, and if they are satisfied then you don't need to send any more evidence about your realationship. So as you said that your husband went to Dubai and India and this could be one of the reason why background checks are still in process. i.e. Criminal checks during his trips etc stc. By the way, did you actually apply in June 2009, or is it a typo and supposed to be June 2010? If its June 2009, I would strongly suggest you order CAIPS to see what the heck is going on with your husbands file, becuase most 2009 cases are finalized except a few that are stuck in an interview, but your case seems pretty simple.

Yes, I have sent them thousands of comwave pages of my telephone bills, my vacation tickets, hotel bills, since I met my husband twice after marriage. In dubai and in india, also everything has been mailed to them. They have received all proper documents. I talk to my husband 5-6 times a day and all the bills have been mailed to CHC Islamabad. The average telephone bills are approx 900-1000 dollars a month. Since I wanted to keep all the telephone logs, I signed up with Comwave. I recently took a trip to Dubai and send them all pictures as well. They have my marriage certificate and all documents. So far, there was no objection letter ever sent by them. By the grace of God, the case has been smooth but taking too long.

What could be the next step? Would CAIP tell me more info?

Don't be depressed, Allah khair hee karey ga sab ke haq mein. Stay positive and everyone will get out of this horrible process soon InshAllah...

March 1, 2010 - App submitted in Canada (March 1, 2010),
May 2010 - AOR (CIC Islamabad contacted my wife in Pakistan to confirm the receipt of application)
May 2011 - CIC asked my wife to re-submit a new police certificate and updated versions of the original immigration forms
June 15, 2011 - CIC requested a re-medical to be submitted
August 19, 2011 - Received PPR (passport request)
September 5, 2011 - Passport received with immigration visa

Late June 2011, document sent!

July 27' 2011' email response received from islamabad = file in queue for review, docs received.
August, 23' 2011. File BFD, reviewed! No comments updated on caips august 30!

Setember 5' 2011 email response received from Chc Islamabad = file in queue to be reviewed by immigration officer!!!!

Now here is my question!

Wasn't the file reviewed already on BFD august 23' ???

Cn anyone relate to this development?
