It varies and its anywhere from 45 days to 2+ years...some are done quicker some take longer. My wife only lived at one address since birth and still took a while for her background checks to be over.

Anyone else received an electronic AOR recently?

I recieved sponsorship approval email which had the UCI no & the File no. Is this considered as an AOR?

Never heard of PDR, so I think that person misspelt PPR as PDR. PPR means Passport Request. A letter which the Visa Office sends out when they are ready to issue your visa

Yes!! Mashallah say that;s a blessing indeed but waiting itself is torture!! anyhow, Allah ka shukar ha!!

You are lucky to fall into the 20% category and got your process done and over with in just 13months. Most of us waited and have been waiting for 20 months and even longer, because 80% of the files do take 24months...
