How about doing chest X ray in Karachi and take the report with you to the DMP in Lahore for remaining test ?

I don't think they would allow you to do it. Check with all the DMP's in Lahore if any of them do the Chest Xray at the clinic, and just go there.

Well they don't except any from applicant coz there's chance of forgery and even after having X-ray at shaukat Khanum you are not given any the hospital mails it on its own.
I didn't have experience but I heard that Dr.Arif Mahmood Siddiqui at Hameed Latif hospital is better in that sens as they have all the Equipment readily available.

Hmm so I think I should take appointment with Dr Arif Mahmood so they can all test at one place.Also do all male DMP have female staff for female applicant ?

WoW 2000 paged complete ??? one thing guys really bother me if they ask us again for filling supplementary form cause my husband didn't sign only military forms we just write N/A since he didn't have any military experience any one can tell ?

atleast the doc at Main Gulbeg clinic had. I hope rest also does. You can confirm that on phone while getting an appointment. Btw tell 'em ur coming all the way from Khi they might give you earliest slot

Sign what the last page of Supp forms or just Army section?
I too wrote none in Army section and its very generic. what are you worried about anyway?

1 sec.... There is only only one space to sign on 4th page bottom, the declaration statement & thats it & you don't need to sign anywhere else....
are you talking about signing everywhere you write N/A?

Nooooooo there are two. one in forms and one in Army section there is an other place for sign so we just sign the declaration one not the one on army section
