Request for Remedical+PCC+filled out some forms again :03-11
still waiting!

Plz tell me how come most of u who applied in nov 2009 have gotten their permanent residency visa while i haven't....any ideas?

Does your husband have lots of travel/work history? It seems like his case could still be in Background checks since he hasn't received request for reMedicals yet. I suggest you email them and find out the current status of his file. Have you ordered CAIPS that's another way to find out the activities on his file.

i've a question!!! ... can people(like you or me).... sue CHC-I ?? on grounds of human rights?? for making our life miserable??? for putting our beautiful relation of husband and wife on a cruel test ??? for sucking more than a year out of our newly married life by keeping us apart from our family for soo long and in some cases more than 2 or 3 years. Will CHC-I be held responsible if something goes really wrong in a relation like .. separation or somthing??. Can you go there n Kick there A** for doing all this to us ?? huh???

You sure can, but you won't win. They have all the rules, policies, timelines everything on their website just like every other country's immigration rules and regulations so when you apply you know exactly what you are getting into.

Hey my dad worked for WAPDA for 23 years aur jab waha se bhi kuch nahi mila tu CANADA aagaye :O

Brother, as you have been on the forum for long enough to know that once you will provide detailed proof of continuous relationship, it can be waived, I actually thought you must submitted those voluntarily after your visit to Canada ............. apart from that the whole thing about provide us proof of ongoing relationship could be one of their Generic Messages and they might actually be interested to meet up with you due to your travel history ......... the thing about CHC-ISB is that they have nonsense issues but they just cover it up in other ways such as using bonafide relationship test ........ rest you are a pro yourself, best wishes for you.

you are right it's just non sense, my relationship is genuine plus i never received any objection letter what I think its just their generic message, now what will happen my case will be dragged to almost 2 years or more , my wife is devastated since yesterday, what will CHC get out of this peace of their mind?
