I am sending them letter and ask for updates i am doing copule of months before, but all the time relies recevied as "your case is in process", i dont know how long i will get these replies, but now i am very un pateint.
Please advice

Until the process is completed you will keep getting the same reply that it is in process and currently the timeline is anywhere from 14 to 20 months and some even go longer!

the embassy got my proofs on 6th May...and in caips they sent interview before they got my proofs...like they didnt open my proofs before they send the interview letter...and its written MAY 12 ko that interview letter sent and we still await for the proof.....i mailed them after that i sent u all the proofs and attached the FED EX copy also...then they replied back same automated msg that ur documents r not lost and will be attached to ur file bla bla....to bhai jab proofs dekhay hi nhe to interview kyun send ker dya????

This could be the reason for interview. Interview still be required as they dont recall the issue letter also officer time has been sybchronized for this. I do feel that they will issue the visa on spot as by that time they will have the proof placed on file.

This is another example how lazy is the local staff. Working hard to creat delay and backlog as much as possible. I wonder what else they do beside responding to our emails if they cannt sort & file papers on time, since they dont have authority to make case decisions.

Thanks bhai. Beside you I am also hoping my wife will be with me in Canada in under 4 months. Insha Allah. I have my IMM-remed-repcc done already they just need proof to make the decision unless they issue letters again for the previous practise then it could take more than 4 monts. All the best to you too please book your ticket in well advance to get good fare deal.

did u send the proofs in the 45 day deadline....maybe they check ur file after 45 days and didnt find proofs, so they issued an interview...well, regardless, the interview is in the end of july, so inshAllah, they'll just issue the visa on the spot, make sure ur husband has a copy of the proofs with him

Veeray thanks for your dua. I booked with Etihad ($1950). PIA is costing (2250-2350) I know you are also visiting in Sep book your ticket in advance but after Sep 11. June 2 to Sep 11 is high season for PIA to ripp peoples off.

one2ka4 inshaAllahhhhhhhhhh ap k mun mai ghee shaker lol and jmb ap k mun mai bhi ghee shaker..Allah keray on the spot day dain yar...but they told my husband just to get his passport and copy of the letter....i didnt tell him to take proofs ki copy with him...uss ki kya zaroorat hai wo to itna huge pile hai sub cheezon ka...meri bring forward date again thi 5th JUNE....i mailed them but koi reply nhe aya....i hope they saw the proofs yar

and yes i sent them all proofs within 45 days and they got it also within 45 days

Yes sister After Sep 5th they will reduce the fare till early Dec, because they ripped off peoples well from June 2nd to Sep 5th.

I heard Etihad is working with Govt again to get 7 (daily) flights from Canada PLUS Qatar Airways got the permission to launch 3 flights in week from Montreal starting June 29 they will stop in Middle East than connect you to South Asia. If Etihad become successfull with 7 flight beside Qatar Airway than there will be competition with PIA and peoples have more choice to choose from.
