hey everyone...and especially mahmed and maximus.... all the road blocks, canada post strike and almost 2 years of waiting, by the grace of Allah swt my husband got his PPR with re-medical. The letter is dated june 14th, but we recieved it yesterday, my husband is doing the mad dash to get...

im in the same boat, isl emailed me to tell me they sent out re-med with a request letter on june 14th, but my lawyer hasnt recieved it yet, where is ur lawyer in canada?

awwwwwwwwwww ur so sweet maximus, im still waiting for the letter that islamabad sent, havent recieved it yet because of the canada post strike and now back log, they sent it out on june 14th, so praying i get it soon, u and mahmed are the first to know when i get it

2 suitcases plus a carry on is allowed, your allowed to have to upto a maximum of 2 extra suitcases as extra baggage ...it'll cost 9000 rupees per bag

did u send the proofs in the 45 day deadline....maybe they check ur file after 45 days and didnt find proofs, so they issued an interview...well, regardless, the interview is in the end of july, so inshAllah, they'll just issue the visa on the spot, make sure ur husband has a copy of the proofs...

as per chc's email, they mailed me a letter on june 14th.....because of damn canada post, i still havent recieved it....i was hoping my husband was gonna be here before ramadan, but when its not chc...then theres some other stupid delay...........just venting

its valid for 6 months, u wont have a problem with chc-miss, but by the time chc- isl reviews ur file, u'll need an updated re-pcc, its not a big deal, everyone has had to get re-pcc...some even 3 times

inshaAllah, hopefully they'll be back to work monday...and im not a bro...im a sis lol maybe its better to wait, but ive already waited almost 21 months for my husband, so its not easy expecially when u know they sent you something and u just cant get at it, errrrrrrrrrr

this canada post strike is stressing me out too, i recieved a reply form chc that they sent out my husbands re-med plus request letter on june 14, but due to the strike, God knows when it will get here, its just causing further delays.... do u think if i email islamabad and ask then to email...
