I think you have the wrong thought in your mind. It's not about getting the husband rukhsat. It's about after wedding the husband and wife deciding together what they think will be best for their future. Just like when anyone gets married even if they are living in the same country they might decide to make a move to another country/city/town where there are better opportunities for them. In the same way if the husband is coming to Canada what's backwards about that? They can decide for themselves what is best for them. If that means living in Pakistan then great for them but if they think him moving to Canada they both can make a better future for themselves and their children then I don't see why you would have a problem with that.

If you look around on this immigration forum there are many women sponsoring their husbands (not just from Pakistan but from all over the world)...what this is some kind of bakra visa? It just means that as husband and wife they have decided to do something they think will benefit them and no one has a right to stop them from doing that.

I have no right to stop someone or force someone to do something which they don`t wanna do. u are one of those people who think that future can be secured....... no way......to get a better or best future in this world, we ruin the future of our after lives.(Akhiret). People leave their old and aged parents, and prefer to get sponsored by their wives...... at what cost????? and as far as their children are concerned, they can get a very good education in pakistan too. and if u conduct a survey in Canada, u will find out that how many parents are worried about their children because of their behavior.Schools won`t teach them that how they are supposed to respect their parents.... I would say that try to be realistic and optimistic....

Why are you trying to impose your idea on people,, you talked about the issue once,, now better close the topic... I hope you don't mind but I think you are sitting there in Canada very safely and don't know how people in asian countries straggling and coping with everything... Here in this forum all men and women know very well that what is good for them beside taking their family into consideration.

i emailed 3 times and sent 2 faxes, they didnt rep;y to any of them, not even a generic reply, my husband and me are not even on talking terms right now because of all this, we are all frustrated

I want to bring one thing in your kind attention, they are intentionally delaying to make frustrated and to those who already have something in their mind and using marriage as a wheel chair to enter in Canada.

Husband & Wife are like dresses for each others and This is the most beautiful relationship.
Support each others in dark period of your life and hope there is an end of this dark tunnel.
In my case Imm guz took almost four years to testify our relationship but by the grace of almighty Allah we are succeeded.

They are trained to be stone heart people, they have to work for their country and organization.

So Sister you and your husband should not lose their patience and SABAR Say KAM LAIN, SABAR KA PHAL MEETHA HOTA HAI....

for the people who use Ufone to call their spouses in canada...
yar Ufone isn't working for the last one week for calls to canada..there is some problem in the network and the call disconnects after a few minutes automatically....does any one else experience the same thing these days while making calls to canada????? if it's working perfect then which city ??? i'm in lahore and it's not working here...please share your call experience from Ufone

lol,,, nahi phir agar positively dika jayyee,, to phir keh saktey hai ki we shouldnt loose hope even if the timeline become 21 month coz I got the visa exactly after 21 months, and I am very thankful that at least I got it,, and yes if i wouldnt have gotten it my husband had the plann of moving to Afghanistan.
what would u do if Allah forbiden ur wife doesnt get the visa. its only an example which I want ur answer about it. But i will pray and wish that she gets it as soon as possible

sometimes in paKistan and sometimes in Canada cuz my brother will be here in canada. so best option will be: summer in Canada, winter in Pakistan. Kesaa???? next question????????????????? should be difficult and relevant...
