CHC Islamabad Next Step after DNA Result.

ok ur application is under Family reunification category....its kind of branch of family sponsorship....but faster then.regular family class...now as Dna issue pop up in ur case.... visa.officer in pakistan found some relations concerns in ur application he requested DNA...dont worry it will faster then. just be patien...this very common in islamabad and all other 3rd world countries....DNA test issues...to make sure u have real blood relation to ur family members...u claiming...etc...

DNA Test results were 100% accurate and after that, we had an interview and got medical instructions. Medicals were done in Nov,13 and then they asked us to pay the processing fee which was $1500 but this fee had already been paid to them in Canada by my mother who is our sponsor. Now, I've sent them all the bank deposit slips etc and its been more than 20 days now but couldn't get any answer from them so far.

Family reunification category means that ur mother sponsor u to join family in canada...while she was here already waiting for her case to approve and finalized...waiting for u guys to join her in canada...so cic consider it on faster basis for family reunification category...while regular sponship for family class takes little longer or regular time for family to get visa.

So be patient u r in good position to get visa faster...so my advice to u dont panic ...just relax...and watch Cricket 20/20 Worldcup on tv channel..Pakistan is favourite for it any way...Enjoy the Time.. untill u get Visa.

My Mother already got approved for the PR and she even visit us in the mid of 2012. There is another user over here, his application was also received in CHC Islamabad in April 2012 and he has got the Passport Request. I guess, my case is pending just because of the payment confusion so I'm not thinking of sending them just $400 which was a penalty fee against my Father. And I've proof of rest of the $1500. What do you say?

U said ur mom travel to ur home country Pakistan...in 2012. .did she travel on her pakistani passport to pakistan or on Travel document? ??

She traveled on Pakistani Passport as she already has her PR Card so no difficulties in travelling to Pakistan now.

She is lucky because now a days at airport i heard they question a lot...and hold u down and call immigration officer right away and take ur PR card and send u back to ur home country reason. U said in refugee case u need protection...u have no place in.ur country to live...life not safe there...now u travel right after PR card spend 3 months so no threat to u...so cic will cancel ur PR card immediately and semd u back next flight...now a days they r tough...harper govt.. Said no more refugees to canada...send them back...track down these economic refugees who lie to canada and deport them immediately...we dont need these asylum.seekers etc.....its very very risky if some one travel to his country and enter to canada...with out problem...he or she is just lucky...who bypass immigration officer. ..they question a lot on ur return on airport now a days...not like before..laws has changed for asylum seekers....just dont travel to ur country...ever...other wise u loise ur PR and will be deported immediately on ur return from airport.

Alright. But our case is genuine. We didn't tell lie to CIC.

Does not matter ur case is geniune...u got asylum in canada on the basis of that ur country has no.safe place for u to live...how.come after pr getting ur country become.safe..if its safe .then.they take ur PR back from u...and will send u bqck immediately...with out any question...thats what going on here now at airport...no excuses....immigration.officers at airport ordered by Harper Govt. To be very strict on asylum.seeker.entry....and.immediately be separated at ur return at airport will be escorted to detain room.where u will be questioned after that will be flight back to ur safe home country...check cic website for new measures....
