Bro , take your IELTS exam again. Your score is low, which is already written in your reason for rejection
Take admission in a better college. No offence, but fanshawe and flemings don't have a pretty good reputation.

The VO might find your proposed course irrelevant. Attach a very good SOP if you are really inclined on doing this course.
