Strike has not ended. It is on rotational basis. If New Delhi was processing Visas earlier, now it's turn for Chandigarh. And there has been news about some visas already being processed from Chandigarh.

Yes as I told you 2 of my consultant's candidates got VISA from chandigarh who applied in MAY just day before yesterday i guess.
