Do u think it is good idea to apply from Delhi coz I am coming to India next week and need to renew my TRV but I noticed here Chandigarh vfs is delyaing a lot due to strike?? :-\

bali is from Delhi and sadly his visa was refused. Hope, he will apply again and will be granted visa and paritkosh is from Surat, so his VAC will be Delhi.
