It depends.. I kept my visa application minimum and to the list
Paid 1 year fees and GIC
No extra docs like parents IT returns,proof of income etc

Just followed the checklist

hmmmmm...... but i have attached some income proofs (safety sake).... mine is MS in Applied CS from DAL. University..

Does anyone know the reason that some people are being skipped in the process of getting a visa?
Have they applied to Colleges or is it jus luck?

Okay , it doesn't hurt..
Its generally easy for VO if U dont attach extra docs.. N these days coz of strike they are under burden to process quickly..
but anyways U will get visa.. all the best

We dont know their internal working.. but they have to process every app sooner or later..but generally if any application is good and follows their requirements.. Its natural they will process it quickly
