You have not worked an additional 10 hours/week. IRCC defines full-time work as "30 hours or more" per week. So it doesn't matter if it is 30, 40, or 80 hours per week, it is just one full-time week.farazafzal said:So If I was working 40 hours a week (confirmed by my employer) for 5 years, my experience will still be counted as 5 Years??
Even though I was working additional 10 hours/week as per cic requirement !
IRCC provides the hourly equivalent for part-time workers to be able to calculate their full-time equivalence (which, by definition, takes longer than one year to gain one year of FTE experience). Since you are not part-time, it does not apply to you.
Five years of full-time experience is.. five years of full-time experience.
