Your question isn't very clear - however typically sponsors can't be changed. You'll need to provide full details of what kind of application has been submitted, who is sponsoring and who is being sponsored.

If you haven't landed yet and become PR - then your sponsor can withdraw their sponsorship and cancel your application.

If you have already become a PR - then it depends if your father falls under Condition 51. If your father falls under Condition 51 and it's been less than two years since you landed, then the sponsor can report that the relationship has fallen apart to CIC. It's then up to CIC whether they do something or not.

It's not possible to switch sponsors.

To further what scylla stated above, the sponsor cannot just choose not to sponsor any longer. If there is no clear violation of Condition 51 (cohabitation of 2 years -- if so required), then the sponsor will be required to sponsor the people on the original undertaking until the undertaking has been completed.

Yes, I land in April this year, and I am PR from that time. My dad is PR for a year now, and they are in marriage for 3 years, and they live together more then that.

Thanks for help. It is not good situation for us.

If both you and your dad are already here in Canada as PRs, she cannot decide to stop sponsoring you. She has already sponsored you. If your father leaves the home, and they break up, then his PR might be taken away (if he had Condition 51 on his PR card). If he has Condition 51, then he and the sponsor have to live together for two years after he becomes a PR. If he does not have Condition 51, then he is a PR and his wife cannot take that away.
