Changing my name on my PR card

Hey there,
I have a question here, I was doing some research but didn't get the answer I want, When we filed my application in 2008, we filled under my last name before marriage, because when we got married in Lebanon, we traveled to USA after 8 days, we didn't had the time to register our marriage in Lebanon. Of course we register the marriage and send the consult all the new civil status and bla bla later on, but of course my PR card came under my last name before marriage. When and how can we change it to my husband last name. When we went to and did the social insurance, the lady said , after changing the PR card, come to me and we will issue a new social insurance card.

Hello,

i think its not hard process my wife is American citizen she first changed name on passport later on PR all they need is marriage certificate your birth certificate that's all.
