My husband landed last week and the next day ecas on PR status will change to complete. Cusin have you already landed in Canada??? If yes than your ecas will be updated to complete as Rorita mentioned and they will also update the name of the airport were you landed.

I don't believe why someone will apply, receive PR visa and than wonder if they should come or move to Canada.... You have doubts about Canada than do a favour to Canada immigration don't apply and waste their time on your application and give the chance to someone else who is desperately...

Even if you didn't receive your PR after your landing you can still apply for SIN. To be able to do that you have to show your passport and your cancel PR visa. To apply for a job you need to provide them with your SIN# which doesn't take time to receive. I'm pretty sure for your driving...
