Hi,
I am applying for family class outland sponsorship application. I am from Georgia, and now me and my husband are here, in my home-country. Our plans is just after sending the application to CIC, to move to third country and wait for the results there.
What problems this situation may cause?
Our residential address will change,
What if they will ask me for medical exam depending on my country?
Is it really complicated situation or not a big deal?
Thank you in advance

Mostly not complicated. Your sponsor is a Canadian citizen?

One possibility is interview (if needed) may require you to return to home country - but since all interviews now virtual (covid), not worth worrying about.

Medicals, biometrics can be done anywhere really (any approved visa centre or panel physician etc).

Even passport submission can theoretically be done through any visa application centre (which will forward to nearby visa office). It may prove a bit more complicated if in a completely unrelated region (not so much a problem as 'your mileage may vary.')

But again, far enough in future that would not worry about it. You should provide IRCC with your actual residence address (can retain mailing address and most communication by electronic means anyway).

Thanks for you reply, much appreciated
Yes, my spouse is Canadian citizen, living outside of Canada from July (I am specifying this, to let you know he lives abroad, but it's not like he left Canada long time ago. He still has his residential address in Ontario).
I am worried that when we apply and they will see my country is Georgia, I guess they will ask me to do medical exam here. Do they ask specifically to go on the specific location with specific doctor? Or they will just ask me to do medical check?
Should I mention that we will live in different country while waiting approval? Should I provide additional explaining letter?
Thank you again

It's official, you can go to a panel physician anywhere you find one:
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=184&top=17

You get a form and you take that to the panel physician/clinic.

I would not bother telling them you plan to reside somewhere else in the interim - just update your address once there.

Thanks for this, so it's possible to update our address of residence after we have submitted our physical sponsorship application? Would that be possible after linking our application to the online portal?

Let me know
Thanks again

Yes. You can do this through webform.
