Changes to gckey account

Eligibility will start soon enough or it might have started already. The gc key account doesn't update accordingly all time. I had my medical passed on May 7th and eligibility started only after 29th May. I don't know the exact date but it is between 29th May and June 8th. Do not worry, there is a chance your eligibility might start on the same day bvl gets issued.
