Changed Debit card number and now cannot access mycic securekey concierge

Recently changed my debit card number (the previous card was damaged) but totally forgot about the CIC secureKey Concierge that I have two ongoing application. Now I cannot access my CIC account. I already got an updated email for my TRV but cannot access. Called CIC but they are overloaded with calls. Can anyone suggest is there anyway I can retrieve my previous MyCIC account back? I cannot access with previous card as it is being canceled and I called my bank but they can't do anything about it.

Wanted to delete the post but couldn't. Anyway, the solution I got about it, is making another MyCIC account and then linking the previous application with the new account. There is a link to do that, that will ask you a few questions to confirm it is you. Once you linked it with the new account, it works as previous.
