Here is my situation:
- Firstly, I applied to a program at Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) and got Letter of Acceptance (LoA), then I applied my study visa as CES program which is applicable for MITT, but I didn't get visa before school deadline. As I had asked for a free deferral, my application was cancelled that time and I had tuition refund.

- After being rejected by the school, my visa was approved and valid for 1 year duration based on the MITT program length. I applied for a different program at University of Winnipeg (UW) and got accepted but my new program length is 4 years which is different from the former.

- I did not withdraw money from my Scotia bank Investment account and I also paid for UW tuition.

- My friend who works at VFS Canada in Vietnam told me I only need to update my information in Government of Canada (GC) website and call GC Client Support Centre to notify my change. I updated my Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number twice following guide of this link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/change-schools/account.html and tried to call GC Client Support Centre but could not meet any agent.
I am wondering if there is any problem when I arrive to Canada because length of my new program is 3 years longer and UW is not in the list of CES program schools.
I would appreciate if someone could help me answer this question.
