Can someone please help me out here... I am not able to verify three years of work experience (unable to contact the ex boss) so instead of 50 points I only get 25 points. But my score is still 458. Is this okay or should i decline my invitation and apply again?

remove it from work experience, and mention it only in personal history.
Because your score dropped, it's better to explain why in letter of explanation.

Your points was 458 and after you changed the work experience it remained the same? Or that the points after the change?

No my points was 468. Then it dropped to 443 because I lost 25 points .and then I realized my Canadian education wasn't being calculated. I added that and it went up to 453

To what I understand base on the program that u applies under as long as u have atleast 1 year experience that u can prove u will be ok. Plus ur score is still above the mark so u will be fine
